Job Interview

Interview is a face to face process for interviewer and interviewee to observe, talk, understand and judge in two-way. In the limited time, the interviewer should make quick analysis and accurate judgment on interviewer`s overall ability in adaptation, understanding, thinking and communication through his/her external behavior characters. Meanwhile, the interviewee also try to predicate the examiner`s personality, hobbies, and values by observing and analyzing his/her appearance and try to get right answers which meet the requirements of the interviewer. Therefore, good performance in the interview is crucial process in job hunting. With the purpose of “speedy and practical” we designed the “interview Chinese” for these foreigners who want to develop their business in China.
